- A resource is a special note that links two things together:
1. The actual resource
2. The notes about that resource
- Types of resources include:
- Reports
- AECL Report
- CNL Report
- EPRI Report
- COG Report
- Document
- Data Sheet (Specification Sheet)
- Manual
- Video
- Photo
- Computer Program
- Script {Theatre Only}
- Tool (like a physical tool needed to do a job)
- Equipment (like a physical piece of equipment needed to do a job)
- As more types of resources are identified this list should be expanded.
- Instead of adding resources via base add button, they're added using metabind buttons in the template itself.
- A single resource might have multiple resources (ie. a computer program might have a data sheet, manual, promotional material, etc.). If this is the case a single resource will have multiple entries in the "Local Resources" and "External Resources" section.
- This will prevent duplicate materials for a single resource item.
