Hijacking this issue for another reason, the following should be added:
Metabind buttons for adding different resource types
Reports should have Document Number, not just Number
Resources should link to a document called Resource-RESOURCE#-NOTES
And there should be a separate callout for the above that is [!summary] type.
There should be a callout for linking and embedding the document that is [!notes] type.
There should be some fixes with the resources base. At least I recall some being needed.

To organize resources in to their respective project bases, it would be good to have a property in each resource type called project.
