Here is a description of data types to help me manage projects and stay organized.
# Project
The root of a project. Contains bases that can be used as a broad project management dashboard.
# Task
A type for organizing the steps of a project. Tasks can contain tasks, and tasks can contain subtasks. Tasks can also contain bases for getting an overview of that specific task's progress.
# Subtask
This type is for organizing the ultimate results of a task. For example, Project⸬Gardening can contain Task⸬Trees, Task⸬Vegetables, or Task⸬Succulents. Then, Task⸬Trees can contain Subtask⸬RakeLeaves, Subtask⸬CollectFruit, Subtask⸬TrimBranches, etc.

# Deliverable
The results of a task/subtask/project. Used to document that there is a physical result of the efforts of a task, and provides a space to make notes about it.
# Followup
Need to remember to do something later? That's what this type is for. It will automatically set the due date to the day it is created +7 days, and the due date tracker base in Project Management helps make sure nothing is forgotten.
# Resource
A special data type for organizing all the stuff that is required to make a project happen. For most projects, this is going to be things like reports, papers, books, videos, websites, etc., but it can also be things like tools and machines. This is a space to make notes about a resource. Because this has a lot of overlap with Knowledgebases, the general knowledgebase has access to there resource types in project folders. #todo make sure this is actually true.
## Resource-Related Types
There exists types for organizing resources. Here is how:
### Followup
Intended for things like "finish reading this" or "review section 1.5".
### Resource
Found a reference to something that should be reviewed later. Use the resource type within a resource for that. This will create a large bibliography in the project's resources base.
### Definition
Definitions are for keeping track of acronyms or terms that are important in a context.
